About the Role
As the Store Manager in Moorabbin, you'll lead a driven and customer-focused team within a showroom environment. You don't need mattress or bedding experience - full training is provided - but you must bring a genuine interest in learning the product, understanding customer needs, and delivering a high-quality sales experience.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative selling setting, enjoys building relationships, and loves running a store with autonomy and accountability.
Weekend availability is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Drive sales performance through consultative selling and product knowledge
- Manage daily store operations including rostering, opening/closing, VM and presentation
- Maintain high standards of showroom cleanliness and product display
- Monitor KPIs, sales targets and conversion outcomes
- Deliver a personalised experience for every customer
- Foster a positive culture built on trust, consistency and teamwork
- Oversee inventory management and stock accuracy
- Champion company values and service standards at all times
