As the

**Practice Manager**, you will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day running of the clinic and ensuring the patient experience aligns with our values. You will provide high-level practice management support to our doctors, clinical, and administrative staff, whilst demonstrating leadership and encouraging teamwork and inclusion.
**To be successful in this role**:
- Previous experience as a Practice Manager (essential)
- Completion of relevant formal qualifications (well regarded)
- An understanding or experience in general practice accreditation and standards
- Knowledge of Medicare item numbers
- Ability to demonstrate and encourage leadership and teamwork
- Experience in staff inductions, training, rostering, performance reviews and the onboarding of new doctors
- Ability to manage key expense lines to budget
- Experience in Medicare batching, private billing, debt collection and banking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills and cultural sensitivity
- Experience in use of social media to promote clinic
- Understanding of Work Health & Safety and Privacy
