- Our client was founded in 2012 in Brisbane. They are the leader in complete fluid management and land spraying in Australia. Our client deploys and operates the largest custom fleet of vacuum trucks within Australia. They draw down on experience to deliver drilling fluids, fluid management, inspection and production services, artificial lifts and all other facets of drilling and completions whilst using the latest innovations from around the world._
The is the entry level position on their Flowback Operation and is the starting point for a fantastic career as part of their Flow Back crew. We work on a 2 week on, 2 weeks off roster or 2 weeks on, 1 week off if you prefer, living and working in harsh conditions (very hot in summer and cold in winter) in remote areas on our mobile camps.
The point of hire is Roma, QLD and you are required to make your own way to Roma, QLD and then you will be transported to site. This role is similar to a first-year apprentice, trade assistant, labourer, or offsider.
**DUTIES INCLUDE**
- Preparation of the Flow Back site including rigging up and down equipment
- Preparing and packing vehicles and equipment ready for work
- General manual labour, along with any other tasks as per the direction of the Flowback Supervisor
- General cleaning and housekeeping
- You are there to assist the Flow Back crew, but also to learn - this is the beginning of a career, not just a job

**REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE**
- A manual driver's licence (Car or Higher)
- Telehandler, Forklift, Loader, HV or MC tickets/licences will be highly regarded
- Previous experience working in a physically intensive role
- The ability to work outdoors, in harsh conditions
