About the roleLSWs play a vital role in supporting our consumers to live their best lives — empowering individuals to build confidence, work towards their goals, and improve their mental wellbeing.You work one-on-one in the homes and communities of our consumers to support them to live as independently as possible.You may work with consumers in their homes to carry out activities such as cleaning and organizing, preparing healthy meals, maintaining a yard, and generally making positive choices. A key part of the role is supporting consumers to improve their confidence in accessing the community and engaging in activities that will help them achieve their goals.
