The Job
As the Project Manager, you will be required to manage multiple Commercial builds across the Bendigo region. Leading the Contract Administrator and Site Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
* Project Planning & Pre-Construction
* Project Management
* Financial & Administrative Management
* Communication & Leadership
Key Requirements
* Demonstrative experience as a Project manager in Commercial Construction in Australia.
* Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
* A strong, friendly attitude to the construction industry
* Excellent administrative, communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools such as Aconex & CHEOPS.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
