Marketing Executive
Job Description:
The Marketing Executive will utilise their experience to maximise the value from our partnership and business development activity.
* Collaborate with our partnership and business development teams to develop and deliver marketing plans that maximise the impact and value of our activity.
* Drive new thinking within partnership marketing opportunities, deepening the benefit of partnerships for both fund growth and member engagement.
* Support the Marketing Manager with implementing integrated external communications to raise brand awareness and enhance growth opportunities through our stakeholders/partners and unions.
* Manage and implement stakeholder advertising for all brands, and coordinate stakeholder comms, reporting and any ad hoc support requests as required.
* Coordinate the design, customer segmentation, messaging and analytics for all union marketing campaigns where possible, through our marketing automation platform. Including email, social, mobile and display.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Demonstrated experience supporting a sales or business development team, delivering activations, and driving value through partnerships.
* 3-5 years' experience in marketing, communications, sponsorships or PR.
* Demonstrated experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns, including online & offline activities.
* Strong direct marketing and campaign management skills.
* Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
