About The Role
The successful candidate will provide crucial support to our business, ensuring efficient and high-quality HR services. They will work closely with the HR Manager to achieve this goal.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide accurate information to employees and stakeholders in a timely manner.
* Process all employee lifecycle events to a high standard and agreed service levels.
* Draft HR correspondence and maintain various HR systems, registers, and reports.
* Draft contracts and letters of offer.
* Assist with recruitment activities and onboarding new employees.
* Maintain data within the HRIS and filing systems.
* Update compliance documents and relevant paperwork.
* Support HR projects.
Requirements:
* Experience in HR administration and a generalist HR background.
* Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to handle multiple tasks while maintaining high attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
* Effective communication skills enabling strong relationships.
* Highly customer-focused.
