In this role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of a real-time clinical AI evaluation platform across Australia, while building your research profile in machine learning with transformative healthcare applications.

Key responsibilities will include: Research: I nfrastructure Design The ability to work both independently in a research environment and as part of a research team.
High-level organisational skills, with demonstrated capacity to establish and achieve goals.
Experience in supervising or working together with research students (e.g., PhD, MPhil, Honours).
Ability to build smooth liaisons and professional contacts with academic and industrial collaborators.
The ability to work as part of a high-achieving, cross-disciplinary research team.
In addition to Academic Level B above, Academic Level C includes: An established profile in research in the discipline area.
National recognition in the area of expertise, with an internationally developing profile and an established record of publications in reputed refereed journal and presenting at conferences.
A strong record of successfully seeking, obtaining and managing external research funding.
A solid record of supervision of Honours and Research Higher Degree students to successful completion.
A growing record of meaningful internal service roles in conjunction with a strong contribution to external activities.
The successful candidate may be required to complete a number of pre-employment checks, including: right to work in Australia, education check.
