Support the sales and administration function in the Care Community. Full Time opportunity based in Bayview.

About the role:
* Based @ Bayview Treetops Care Community
* Full time, Monday - Friday.
* Fixed - term position for 3 months commencing in April
* Ensure the sales and admissions process
* Conduct tours
* Build meaningful relationships with internal & external stakeholders
* Support the implementation of approved marketing events
* Assisting with processing of fortnightly staff payroll
* Accounts payable and receivable processing, petty cash and invoicing
* Assisting with client services and general enquiries
* Assistance with recruitment processes including drafting employment contracts
* Reception and other administration duties where required
* Managing team rosters and timesheets
