Secure Facilities Specialist
Job Summary:
The Secure Facilities Specialist will provide exceptional customer service, assist in resolving issues, and act as the first point of contact for staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide customer service and resolve issues effectively
* Act as the primary liaison for staff and visitors
* Fill shifts across various time periods when available
Required Qualifications:
* Current NSW Security License
* Current NV1 Clearance level (or higher) Government Security Clearance – desirable but not mandatory
* Proven experience in a similar role, encompassing reception/concierge/security operations duties
* Confidence in delivering high-quality service
* Ability to build effective client and employee relationships
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Capacity to liaise with individuals at all levels
* Ability to produce high-quality reports
* Intermediate computer literacy (Microsoft products)
* High levels of customer service skills
* Availability to work additional shifts as relief
* Current smartphone with credit and ability to use applications
* Capacity to work autonomously, with attention to detail and sound analytical skills
