We are recruiting Community Support Workers to deliver personal care, domestic assistance, medication support, and social and respite services across the Illawarra region. Permanent part-time positions are available with flexibility to suit your work-life balance.
* Pay rate: $31.13 – $34.59/hour (depending on experience and qualifications) + travel time between clients + KM reimbursement + NFP Salary Packaging
* Hours: Permanent part-time — flexible days and hours

What you'll be doing
* Provide personal care and grooming support tailored to individual participant needs
* Assist with domestic tasks including light cleaning, meal preparation, and shopping
* Support accurate medication administration as prescribed by a medical professional
* Provide social support and respite within participants' homes and communities
* Document participant wellbeing and report any significant changes to the care team
What we're looking for
Essential
* Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or equivalent — completed or working towards (fee-free course options may be available)
* Genuine commitment to supporting people with a disability and/or who are ageing
* Current First Aid Certificate
* Current NSW Driver's Licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
Checks required (or willingness to obtain)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Working with Children Check
* National Criminal History Check
Desirable (highly regarded)
* Experience providing support in aged care or disability settings
* Experience working with people from CALD backgrounds
* Fluency in a language other than English
