Ballina Toyota is currently seeking a Service Manager to oversee our successful Service team and ensure manufacturer standards are achieved.
As the Service Manager you will oversee the day-to-day service requirements in a professional and efficient manner at all times, focusing on resources and people. The perfect candidate for this role will have prior experience within a medium to large automotive service operations business.
The successful applicant will possess:
* Exceptional leadership qualities
* Proven experience in a similar role
* Strong customer service with a focus to maintain a good relationship with customers
* Strategic management of service department operations to ensure the department operates in an efficient and profitable manner
* Knowledge/experience with Dealer Management Systems
* Ability to work effectively within a team environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Valid drivers licence
* Strong time management skills
* Ability to manage a large, diverse team
