A Day in The Life
Your day to day will involve the following tasks and responsibilities:
6. Apply specialist knowledge for information management and privacy compliance, while engaging stakeholders for awareness
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry requirements
8. Develop, implement, and maintain systems for issue identification, monitoring, and reporting
9. Assist in investigating and responding to privacy breaches
10. Deliver education initiatives and provide technical guidance for team excellence
11. Support Program Leader in developing business improvements and identifying training needs
12. Foster collaboration and innovation for continuous improvement
13. Monitor policy gaps and drive strategic enhancements and policy change
14. Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
The Ideal Candidate:
15. Current "C" class driver's licence
16. Formal tertiary qualifications ideally in law, governance, information management, risk or compliance.
17. Knowledge of current strategic information management and privacy legislation, frameworks, principles and practices, ideally in a State or Local Government context.
18. Demonstrated experience within a similar role
