Job Summary:
As a key member of our team, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Administration Assistant to join us. This role involves providing high-level administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing project administration tasks including data entry, invoice reconciliation, timesheet management, and travel bookings.
* Providing exceptional administrative support to the project team as required.
* Developing and maintaining registers and other administrative records.
* Preparing and processing purchase orders, invoices, and other financial documents.
Requirements:
* A strong background in business administration with recent experience in project delivery.
* Excellent time management skills and a proactive approach to work.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
