School-Based Apprenticeships (SBAs)
Open to students entering Year 12 in 2026, who have completed Stage 1 NTCET.
You'll work 2 days per week, attend 1 day of VET study, and continue 2 days of school.
This is a great opportunity to gain real-world IT experience while completing your education.
Traineeships – Full-Time
Open to school leaders who have completed Year 12.
Full-time role with a 12-month paid traineeship.
You'll gain hands-on experience while studying towards a nationally recognised Certificate III or Cert IV in Information Technology.
Training provider: Charles Darwin University (CDU) – class attendance is required.
What We're Looking For
Successful applicants will demonstrate:
A strong willingness to learn and grow in the IT field
Great written, verbal, and communication skills
An organised and detail-oriented approach
A positive, friendly attitude and team mindset
Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Windows & Office)
Ability to pass a National Police Check (18+ only)
A current (or willingness to obtain) NT Working with Children's Card
