Marketing Coordinator Urban Group - Caravan Manufacturing & National Dealership Network
Drive the marketing engine behind one of Australia's fastest-moving caravan groups.
Urban Group designs, builds and sells caravans and RVs across a multi-brand portfolio – Urban Caravans, Vivid Caravans and Platinum RV, distributed through a growing national dealer network. We're looking for a sharp, highly organised Marketing Coordinator to be the connective tissue between our manufacturing arm, our retail dealerships, and our external agency partners.
This isn't a sit‐and‐wait coordinator role. You'll own the day‐to‐day execution that keeps campaigns, content and brand assets moving, with real independence and visibility across the whole group.
What you'll do
Coordination & execution
* Run day‐to‐day marketing across both the manufacturing and retail divisions, triaging and prioritising incoming requests
* Be the main point of contact for our digital, creative, PR and media agencies – keeping work on brief, on brand and on time
* Own the marketing calendars, schedules and project timelines, and support the Marketing Manager on campaign planning
Campaigns, content & events
* Take campaigns from brief through to delivery
* Support content across social, web, EDMs and product listings, and keep our photography/video asset library organised
* Coordinate expos, conferences and dealership events end‐to‐end – logistics, branding, collateral and POS
Brand & communications
* Keep every dealership and platform consistent with our brand and visual identity standards
* Produce brochures, signage and point‐of‐sale materials, and support internal comms and staff engagement
Reporting & insight
* Turn agency reporting into plain‐English insights, and partner with each business unit and retail site on agreed actions to lift marketing effectiveness
* Prepare monthly reporting per business unit and a rolling 90‐day plan (last month / this month / next month)
What you'll bring
* Experience in a marketing coordination or similar role, with strong project‐management instincts
* The ability to juggle competing priorities and run with things independently
* Excellent communication and stakeholder skills – you'll work across manufacturing, sales, dealerships and suppliers
* Confidence with social and email marketing platforms
Nice to have: experience in caravan, automotive, retail or manufacturing; basic design chops (Canva/Adobe); CRM or lead‐management exposure; event coordination.
