This role is focused on supporting a portfolio of digital transformation, infrastructure, and system integration initiatives within a secure, government-aligned environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis within ICT settings, with demonstrable experience in stakeholder engagement, requirement gathering, and supporting project delivery from inception to implementation.This position is suited to professionals who thrive in complex, fast-paced environments and are looking to contribute to high-impact public sector or defense-related projects.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to elicit, analyze, validate, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.Translate business objectives into detailed specifications, user stories, and technical requirements aligned with enterprise architecture and security standards.Facilitate discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and end-to-end process mapping exercises.Partner with delivery teams including project managers, developers, testers, and solution architects to ensure alignment between business needs and technical outcomes.Contribute to the development of test strategies, including support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, coordination, and defect triage.Maintain traceability of requirements and ensure solutions comply with security, data protection, and NV1 clearance protocols.Document business processes, workflows, and decision logic using appropriate tools and methodologies.Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation within project repositories such as Confluence and SharePoint.Required Skills and Experience3–5 years of experienceas a Business Analyst in ICT/digital environments.Active NV1 Security Clearance(required at the time of application).Prior experience delivering projects infederal or defense sector environments.Solid understanding ofSDLC methodologies, with practical experience in bothAgileandWaterfalldelivery models.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.High proficiency in industry-standard tools includingJIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).Experience creating clear, structured documentation tailored to different audiences.Desirable Skills and KnowledgeExposure toenterprise systemssuch asERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle)orCRM platforms.Understanding ofdata governance frameworks, privacy, andcybersecurity best practices.Knowledge ofITIL, TOGAF, or other enterprise architecture frameworks.Note:Due to the nature of this role, only candidates withactive NV1 clearancewill be considered.
