We're now looking for a
Payroll Assistant (Entry Level)
to join our collaborative national payroll team. This role can be based in either
Perth
or
Sydney
, offering flexibility and support as you grow your career in a dynamic, people-first environment.
What you'll do
Assist in processing payroll for over 2,000 employees across Australia
Maintain and update employee records, including onboarding new starters
Support the calculation of termination payments and payroll adjustments
Contribute to end-of-month and end-of-year reconciliations and reporting
Deliver high-quality customer service via Workday help cases, email, and phone
Collaborate with People & Culture and other Corporate Services teams to ensure seamless support
About you
A foundational understanding of Australian payroll legislation
Solid attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Clear communication and problem-solving skills
A proactive, team-oriented mindset
Experience with ADP Payforce and/or Workday HCM
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
