We are seeking a talented Pastry Chef to join our culinary team. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious desserts and special menus that showcase your creativity and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create a contemporary dessert menu, including "special menus" that follow trends and demands in the restaurant
* Manage dietary requirements and contribute to a safe, happy and productive work environment
* Contribute to cost control and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the pastry kitchen
About You:
* Australian Working rights required (sponsorship not offered)
* You must be based in Perth or willing to relocate
* Flexible availability with a minimum of 3 days' work per week
* Minimum 2 years of pastry experience in a similar role is preferred
* You should be able to handle pressure and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment
