Job Description
* Manage Salesforce development & platform support teams.
* Oversee BAU Salesforce services, ensuring alignment with business needs and IT strategies.
* Manage stakeholder relationships, acting as the key point of contact for Salesforce service requests, enhancements, and issue resolution.
* Manage vendor resources to maintain and improve platform performance.
* Develop and implement service delivery frameworks, ensuring best practices in change management, incident resolution, and system governance.
The Successful Applicant
* Must have experience in managing a team of Salesforce platform administratiors & developers.
* Must come from a technical background.
* Experience managing Salesforce support teams, external vendors, and system integrators.
* Understanding of integration platforms (webmethods desirable).
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
