Job Description
Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the organisation.
Prepare accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Oversee cash flow management and financial planning activities.
Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making.
Lead and mentor a small accounting team to achieve departmental goals.
Collaborate with other departments to optimise financial performance.
Identify and implement process improvements within financial systems and procedures.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Finance Manager Will Be Able To Demonstrate
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., CPA or CA) are highly regarded.
Strong knowledge of financial management and reporting in the construction industry.
Proficiency in multiple finance ERPs and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to lead a team of 3.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
