Across Search + App Stores for fatsecret spanning App (B2C), Clinic (AU) and Nutrition API (B2B).
You'll focus on SEO + Google Ads (Search) and run a regular ASO testing cadence with designer and content support.
This is not lifecycle/CRM (email/push) or content production, the team's got that covered and you'll work closely together.

We're hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist (Acquisition) to liftinstalls,organic search traffic,B2B leads, andqualified clinic sign-upsthrough a practical, test‐and‐learn approach.
What You'll Do
* Own Search acquisition: grow SEO (including visibility in AI‐powered search) and run Google Ads (Search) across Clinic and API to improve volume and efficiency
* Ship SEO improvements: identify opportunities, brief content, and work with dev on technical/on‐page changes that increase traffic and help people find us in both Google and AI answers
* Build an ASO testing cadence: improve App Store/Google Play performance through regular listing and creative tests with our Digital Designer.
* Improve Clinic conversion: analyse the acquisition journey and run landing page + funnel experiments to lift qualified sign‐ups.
* Run a simple testing plan: maintain a rolling 90‐day plan, prioritise ruthlessly, and ship measurable experiments.
* Report in GA: track performance and share clear weekly/monthly updates; operate within AHPRA/TGA and platform policies (guardrails provided).

What You'll Bring
* 2–4 years in acquisition/growth with measurable results inSEO and/or Google Ads (Search) (ideally both)
* Proven expertise required in both SEO and Google Ads (Search) with hands‐on experience demonstrating measurable results across both disciplines
* Solid SEO fundamentals (on‐page, content research + technical basics) and experience turning insights into shipped improvements
* Comfortable usingGA to track outcomes and communicate what's working
* Strong written communication (briefs, priorities, updates) and collaboration skills
* Comfort operating in aregulated / high‐trust category (health a plus)
Nice to have
* ASO experience, or astrong interest in learning it and running a structured cadence
* Ability to editWebflowlanding pages
* Familiarity withAHPRA/TGA,Consent Mode v2,SKAN
* Experience across bothB2C and B2Bfunnels and/or multi‐region acquisition
