About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving financial performance and supporting key business decisions through insightful financial analysis and robust business partnering.
Responsibilities
1. Financial Management Reporting for Health Services Programs within Werribee Mercy Hospital including the preparation of management reports including KPIs and financial reports which are timely, accurate and understandable by all stakeholders and assist in operational informed decisions.
2. Develop annual budgets, monthly reviews and analysis with regular forecasting including the partnering with the Operations team at Werribee Mercy Hospital to assist in building their budgets.
3. Identify opportunities for cost optimisation, efficiency improvements, and risk mitigation, and lead cross-functional projects and initiatives with a strong financial perspective.
As a key member of the Health Services Finance Business Partner team, you will help achieve sustainable outcomes through monitoring of performance of budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning and decision making.
