DGT Employment and Training are seeking a highly motivated and mature individual interested in furthering their administrative career with a Traineeship opportunity. This is for an immediate start.
Our client's core work is in community housing, disability support, home services for seniors and youth support. They do this by working with all areas of the community - government, business, and not-for-profit - so they can provide the best service possible.
**About you**
Our client requires an individual with high maturity levels with the ability to handle complex conversations with people who are under stress or who may have a disability. This is a highly important role as you will be first point of contact for the not for profit company. This is a highly rewarding role as you will have the ability to help a company that gives back to the community.
This is a 12 month Traineeship opportunity where you will gain hands on workplace experience, all whilst working towards a Certificate III in Business.
**Duties**:
- Answering phones
- Finance/accounts management eg: Invoice payments
- Scheduling and time management
- Customer service
- Payment systems
- Must be an Australian citizen/resident
- A positive and ready to work attitude
- Punctual and reliable
- Able to follow direction and show initiative
- Genuine interest in this career path
This position would be suitable for someone who has previous administrative experience and some finance/accounting experience would be highly desirable.
