We’re growing fast — and we’re looking for a Finance Lead who wants to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our ASX‑listed technology company.

What You’ll Be DoingIn this role, you’ll work closely with our CFO and leadership team to lead financial operations, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. You’ll help us scale with confidence by strengthening governance, improving processes, and providing commercial insights that drive smarter decisions.
You’ll Make an Impact By:· Lead AP, AR, payroll oversight, invoicing, and contract management· Manage month‑end close and global consolidation· Prepare quarterly, half‑year, and annual statutory financial statements· Analyse financial and SaaS performance metrics· Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling· Oversee internal and external audits· Ensure compliance with all taxation obligations· Improve systems and reporting tools (Xero, Spotlight, Power BI)· Partner with business teams on commercial initiatives· Manage offshore and outsourced finance resources
Who You Are· CA/CPA qualified· Experienced in financial reporting, management accounting, and commercial analysis· Skilled in modelling and data‑driven decision support· Comfortable in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments· A strong communicator who builds trust quickly· Tech‑savvy with Xero, Spotlight, Power BI, and modern finance tools· Experience in listed companies or SaaS/tech environments is a strong advantage
