Responsibilities
The person will be assigned to implement the corporate strategy for the News.com.au brand. The tasks will include liaising with the editorial team on content publication, collaborating with the video production team on creating new videos, and overseeing the community and moderation efforts for News.com.au social media platforms.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must be a media practitioner with detailed newsroom experience, including crisis management and live content creation for social media accounts. They should demonstrate the ability to operate to deadlines, and to study data and insights to inform content. Experience with Adobe products, Canva, and TikTok may be considered.
