From designing and building scalable systems to ensuring seamless integration with key technologies, your work will directly impact millions of users.You’ll also make an impact by:Defining, implementing, and embedding program governance and delivery frameworks for all ETS projects and initiatives, including BAU initiatives, leveraging scalable governance based on risk and complexity.Defining the program governance (controls), planning the overall program in terms of work streams and team structure, and creating an environment where all aspects of the programme/portfolio (progress, issues, risks, resources) are effectively managed throughout the program lifecycle.Aligning deliverables (outputs) to the program’s outcomes and strategic benefits with the guidance of the project owner.Defining and managing an executive reporting timetable, ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders: reporting project status across performance indicators using RAG measures along with clear, transparent, and relevant communication.Leveraging technical knowledge to provide perspectives that support understanding and managing program uncertainty, ambiguity, and complexity, facilitated by strong communication skills.Fostering a “one team” approach across disparate project members by sharing best practices and aligning with department goals.QualificationsWhat you’ll bringTo succeed in this role, you’ll have:Minimum 10 years’ experience managing end-to-end complex initiatives (program budget $5-20M) involving business, technology, and vendor engagement across multiple stakeholders and delivery streams.Minimum 5 years’ experience in ICT and/or business change implementations.Experience with structured project methodologies, tools (Microsoft Project), and recognized project management disciplines overseeing quality assurance and change processes.Strong understanding of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) terminology and processes.You’ll stand out if you have some of the following:Experience with mergers and acquisitions or in fast-growing environments.Experience with ITIL Service Management.Financial Services experience in payments and banking.Additional InformationWhy Cuscal?At Cuscal, you’ll find a strong, successful company reimagining the future, with a team at the heart of it all.Here, you’ll work on impactful projects that influence Australia’s financial sector and its customers.
