Job Title: Data Entry Officer
Location: Craigieburn, VIC
Duration: 6 Month Contract
Pay: $40–$45 per hour + super
Hours: 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm | Monday to Friday (Onsite Only)
We're currently seeking a highly detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Officer to support a secure operations team responsible for processing and managing counterfeit banknote data. This is a 6-month contract running through to mid-January 2026
About the Role:

Working within a small and collaborative team, you'll play a critical role in supporting national operations by handling, processing, and accurately recording sensitive financial materials. This position is suited to someone who thrives in process-driven, highly structured environments, and who takes pride in data accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process and verify incoming counterfeit banknotes received from external agencies
* Enter and cross check detailed data into internal systems
* Maintain secure handling of sensitive information and materials
* Collaborate with a small, supportive team to meet daily operational targets
* Support the testing of systems and processes where needed
About You:
* You have strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail
* You're comfortable working with physical documentation and digital systems
* You thrive in collaborative, process-heavy roles
* Experience in administration, finance, or secure environments is advantageous
* You are confident navigating structured workflows and working with sensitive data
Requirements:
* Must be available to work onsite full time (Monday–Friday) in Craigieburn
* Police check required
* Australian working rights essential
