**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Reporting to the Distribution Centre Supervisor, we are looking for a driven and enthusiastic **Distribution Centre Administrator** to work in our Distribution Centre in Abbotsford. This role will ensure all Inbound Purchase Orders are received into the Glob+ ERP system, accurately and in a timely manner. This role will also raise and resolve unexpected issues with the DC Supervisor to avoid delays with orders.
**THIS ROLE WILL SEE YOU**:
- Checking accuracy of delivered goods and timely Goods Receipting.
- Complete all relevant paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensuring the system is updated for stock movements in and out of DC.
- Communicating with the Merchandise and Compliance team when inbound Purchase Orders are short/over delivered or damaged.
- Working closely with the DC supervisor on processing and allocating daily DC team members with picking and packing store orders.
- Liaising with merchandise, inventory, compliance and marketing teams as required
- Maintaining records and responding to Support Office queries.
- Responsible for warehouse management systems order processing.
- Working with Compliance team with regards to customs and international freight
- Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
**YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES WILL BE**:
- Completion of daily warehouse tasks and store stock requirements in a timely manner
- Ensuring that stock is accurately received into the system
- Ensuring that store orders are allocated accurately and timely to pick and pack for team members.
**WHO ARE YOU?**
**_ Essential_**
- Prior experience in Logistics
- Strong computer and technology skills, competency in using Microsoft Excel
- Previous administrative experience
- Prior experience working in a DC environment
- Ability to manage various competing priorities and ability to assess and resolve basic problems
- Demonstrated ability to work well and effectively as part of a team
- High level numerical skills
**_ Desirable_**
- Experience in using Warehouse management systems is highly regarded.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good problem solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Forklift License (preferred)
- Experience RF scanners
- Experience working in a "bonded" warehouse
- Knowledge/experience in Duty Free operations
- Knowledge/experience of retail operations
