You’ll be part of a high-performing team working out of the Newcastle Service Centre, managing general updates, processing sales orders, journals, and providing month-end support.You will act as the first point of contact across multiple customer service channels, adhering to processes and practicing customer service to deliver positive outcomes.This is a temporary position until 19th December 2025, based in our Newcastle service centre.For more information on this position and business unit, view the role description and information pack.About YouYou have experience working in a contact centre setting providing Customer Service, Administration, and Finance-related assistance.
