This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as a Rural Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion through strategic marketing and client relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and capitalize on potential sales opportunities
* Conduct thorough appraisals to inform listing and selling strategies
* BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS to understand their needs and preferences
* Achieve targets for sales, listings, and appraisals
Requirements: Proven track record in sales, extensive knowledge of the Tasmanian agricultural sector, property representative licence or ability to obtain one, excellent communication and negotiation skills, time management skills, business development and marketing skills, current driver's licence, and a road-worthy vehicle.
