Ipswich Riverlink Centre Management
Ipswich Riverlink Shopping Centre is seeking a Casual Customer Service Representative to join the Centre Management team.
Hours may differ from time to time, average 50-60 hours per fortnight, alternate weekends, and relief work when other office staff are on Leave. Riverlink Centre Management office is a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a productive and proactive team culture.
Key Responsibilities
 * Welcome and assist visitors, tenants, contractors, and the general public.
 * Manage telephones, front counter enquiries, mobility hire, and gift voucher sales.
 * Coordinate with contractors and security, including after-hours access.
 * Process accounts payable/receivable, invoices, and statements in MRI.
 * Assist with leasing documentation, renewals, and system updates.
 * Provide administrative support to Management, including mail, filing, and reporting.
 * Contribute to Head Office reporting when required.
 * General support of Centre Management Departments.

 * Strong customer service and communication skills.
 * Professional, organised, and detail focused.
 * Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with MRI is an advantage.
 * A team player who is flexible and adaptable.
