Job Overview
The primary function of this role is to drive business growth through sales activities, training and education.
* Establish relationships with key decision-makers and opinion leaders to expand the customer base.
* Provide tailored support and account information to clinical teams as needed.
* Maintain awareness of competitor activity within assigned accounts.
* Develop win-win solutions with customers to foster long-term business partnerships.
* Manage post-purchase activities, including order tracking and delivery, to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Offer clinical support services such as in-servicing, installations, training, and education as required.
* Establish sales goals by creating sales plans and quotas for assigned territories in support of national objectives.
* Prepare and present customer offerings, quotes, tenders, re-orders, and prepare monthly or quarterly reports as needed.
* Maintain CRM records to organisational standards.
* Ensure timely record keeping and reporting.
* Update knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and maintaining professional networks.
* Foster teamwork by assisting others during periods of high workloads, leave, or absence.
* Support marketing initiatives as necessary.
* Become involved in company events and activities.
* Demonstrate strong understanding and skills in designated specialties.
* Deliver and evaluate approved education programs/in-services about products.
* Maintain own expertise in line with Clinical Competencies.
* Organise events such as training sessions, focus groups, networking events etc.
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision and set priorities.
* Highly motivated, enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, independent, commercially savvy, articulate, adaptable, and confident.
* Proficient across most Windows applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Minimum 3 years of sales experience highly desirable.
* Excellent interpersonal & influencing skills.
