We are seeking a dedicated nursing professional to join our team at Apollo Care Alliance. The role offers a range of shifts to suit your lifestyle and maintain work-life balance.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Holistic assessments in partnership with residents and their representatives
* Development and evaluation of individualised resident care plans
* Supervising and supporting Personal Care Workers
* Clinical care including wound management, palliative care and medication management
* Liaison with medical and allied health care staff
* Achieving positive resident experiences through a resident-centered approach
About You:
* Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a registered nurse is essential
* A minimum of one year's experience in providing clinical care, preferably in an Aged Care setting
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Holding NDIS Worker Checks or willingness to obtain them
* Passionate about delivering a person-centered approach to care
