Working within our friendly and professional Housekeeping Department, this position reports to the Executive Housekeeper.
Responsibilities
* Replace guest amenities and supplies in rooms
* Make beds, remove dirty linens and room service items
* Dust and polish walls and furnishings
* Vacuum carpets and floor care duties
* Ensure the guest's privacy is maintained at all times
* Ability to work flexible rosters including weekends
* Providing all guests at the resort with a superior, personalised and memorable experience by greeting and assisting guests with any query / requirements in a professional and timely manner
Qualifications
* A warm, people orientated demeanour
* A team first attitude
* Attention to detail
* Experience in similar role within an International standard 4 or 5 star Hotel (desirable)
