About the Role
1. Seeking a passionate Casual Customer Service Officer to join our BOQ team
2. Casual Role | 3 - 4 days per week (flexible workdays) | 9.00am - 4.30pm
3. Flexible workplace and collaborative team - Owner Managed Branch - Bella Vista
As the Customer Service Officer, you will be the ‘face’ of the Bank within the Branch, providing exceptional customer service to your customer network. You will enjoy developing and maintaining strong relationships with our internal and external customers, by providing advice and information on BOQ’s products and services
Day to day your key responsibilities will consist of:
4. Teller duties including general enquiries, account opening/closing, deposits, withdrawals
5. Floor walking and initiating quality conversations with customers
6. Inbound and outbound calling to maintain and build customer relationships
7. Daily maintenance of the ATM
8. Cash management - ATM Services, Travelex
9. Stationery orders
10. Strong focus on compliance
About you
As an experienced Customer Service Officer with outstanding customer service and excellent communication skills, you will thrive in this environment, by demonstrating:
11. Previous customer service experience, preferably from the banking industry
12. Contributor to a collaborative team environment
13. Willingness to go above and beyond for your customers and colleagues
14. Driven to take a personalised approach with every customer interaction
15. "Can do" approach to all aspects of your role
16. Ability to learn and confidently use a number of technical financial systems
