We are currently recruiting for two roles with a reputable NDIS Provider in Hampton East. 3 month temporary contract Hybrid working, 2 days in office & 3 days from home Based in Hampton East Immediate start Business Support - NDIS: Invoicing Responding to email enquiries Data entry and CRM management Document handling and electronic filing Full-time or Part-time (4 days) available Part-Time Billings Support - NDIS: Familiarity with the SIL operation module Experience with Roster of Care (ROC) Current knowledge of NDIS billing processes Proficiency in using PRODA (NDIS portal) Experience working with SupportAbility (CRM) is highly desirable Part-time role (3 – 4 days per week) Both roles must have: A deep understanding of NDIS plans Current knowledge of NDIS processes A valid NDIS Workers Screening Check Strong written and verbal communication Excellent attention to detail Previous experience in administrative position is highly desirable Part-Time Accounts Payable Role in West Melbourne: Permanent position $75k super, pro rata Flexible working hours Must have prior AP experience Email laurenc@smaart.com.au to apply Ready to start immediately and hold a current NDIS check?
