Site Administrator – Perth

About the Role
Goodline is seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our Perth Head Office team. In this role, you will be the subject matter expert for client mobilisation portals such as Enable and Fortescue, supporting our Mechanical division and the wider Port Hedland operations team to ensure the smooth mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel.
You will also support project activities and assist the Project Administrator as required. Occasional travel to Port Hedland may be required to support operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
* Managing end-to-end employee onboarding and site access through client portals including Enable and Fortescue
* Preparing, submitting and maintaining all site access and mobilisation documentation
* Ensuring compliance with all client entry and site protocols
* Coordinating travel, transport, logistics and job allocations to meet operational timelines
* Developing and maintaining rosters and job documentation
* Acting as a key point of contact between clients, subcontractors and internal teams
* Monitoring and managing employee compliance records, including licences, certifications and training
* Supporting employee demobilisation as required
* Processing high-volume payroll data accurately and efficiently
About You
You will ideally have demonstrated experience in mobilisation coordination, particularly managing large volumes of employees for shutdowns and/or projects within the resources sector.
Your skills and experience will include:
* Super-user experience mobilising employees through Enable and Fortescue (mandatory)
* Strong travel and logistics coordination experience (Workflow experience advantageous)
* High level of technical proficiency using employee record and CRM systems
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
* Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills
* A professional, approachable and proactive attitude
* Willingness to travel to Port Hedland on an as-needed basis

* Certificate III in Business or a Bachelor degree in a related discipline
