We're looking for a Brand and Communications Manager to play a pivotal role in the business, responsible for ensuring the full spectrum of The Wavelength Group brand and communications resonate with doctors, clients, and partners.

What will you do?
The Brand and Communications Manager will be responsible for management of all brand assets and act as brand guardian to ensure consistency of The Wavelength Groups (TWG) look, feel and messaging. You will plan, develop and implement the content strategy for TWG to ensure the right message is used for the right audience and always adds value (quality over quantity). You will collaborate with stakeholders to roll out positioning & best practice communication training to improve quality of writing across the business.
In addition, you will develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns, and develop and execute strategies for events and conferences.
We are the first recruitment business in Australasia to hire a Chief Experience Officer (CXO) and this role is the next step in building out an industry-leading experience function. As a people-centric business you will report to the CXO and align with the CX strategy. Another key component to the role is partnering with the People & Culture Team on internal communications and plans to drive employee connection and position us as an Employer of Choice, attracting the best talent.
