Tribe Family Lawyers is a national, fully remote, dedicated family law practice providing affordable family law services to everyday Australians. A pioneer in unbundled legal service provision, Tribe uses fixed-fee and full representation family law services. We are 100% paperless and legal tech-enabled, building a next-generation platform to transform legal service delivery in the justice system.
We are seeking a Family Law Solicitor (4–5 years PAE) to join our distributed team. The role is salaried and can begin part-time with an option to transition to full time within months.
Responsibilities
- Manage a broad range of family law matters at all stages of the pathway, supported by senior colleagues and streamlined digital systems.
- Handle both property and parenting matters, with concurrent management of multiple litigious matters.
- Draft and communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and the court as required.
Qualifications
- 4–5 years PAE in family law (minimum).
- Experience in property and parenting matters; strong drafting and communication skills.
- Driven, independent work ethic with trauma-informed practice experience and a genuine social justice orientation.
- Comfort with, or interest in, legal tech-enabled workflows.
