This role exists to enable commercial success-making sure contracts are clear, campaigns are enabled, and stakeholders stay aligned so partners and customers get what they need, faster.
What You Will Do Coordinate Trading Terms, Variations & addendums end-to-endManage contract documentation and ensure alignment to policies and partner expectationsAct as the first point of contact for commercial queries; clarify, chase actions and remove blockersSupport sales & marketing launches and enablement with creative, practical executionOwn the Marketing Fund process: claims, ledger management, and monthly reconciliationsPrepare and circulate performance updates (light reporting/dashboards) that inform decisionsMaintain customer/partner data accuracy across CRM/ERP and reporting systemsAssist with rebate & incentive calculations and integrity checksCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Category to align priorities and timelinesIdentify and implement process improvements; support audit & compliance requirementsContribute ideas to sales enablement tools and campaign content What You Will Bring Proven experience coordinating contracts/agreements or commercial documentationDemonstrated strength in stakeholder engagement-clear communicator, great follow-throughHands-on exposure to sales or marketing operations with visible outcomesStrong digital capability: confident with Excel and familiar with CRM/ERP (e.g., Salesforce/SAP); Power BI a plusTrack record of problem-solving and process improvement in fast-moving environmentsCollaborative, customer-focused mindset with sound commercial judgementIf you are interested, APPLY NOWImportant - Applicants must have full Australian working rights at the time of application.
