Event Recruitment Specialist
We are seeking a proactive and organized Event Recruitment Specialist to help with the sourcing, hiring, and onboarding of top-tier event staff across multiple markets.
This role is critical to ensuring the successful execution of experiential marketing campaigns, pop-up events, product samplings, and brand activations. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and a deep understanding of what makes a great brand ambassador.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage full-cycle recruitment for Brand Ambassadors, Team Leads, and Field Managers for events across the U.S.
* Develop job postings and recruitment campaigns across social media, job boards, and industry-specific platforms.
* Build and maintain a robust database of qualified, vetted talent for recurring and one-off events.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast staffing needs and timelines.
* Conduct screening interviews, reference checks, and ensure proper documentation is collected and stored securely.
* Oversee onboarding and training to ensure Brand Ambassadors are aligned with brand standards, product knowledge, and event expectations.
* Maintain event staffing rosters, resolve last-minute cancellations, and serve as a point of contact for talent day-of as needed.
* Track and report staffing KPIs including fill rate, attrition, and performance ratings.
Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in event staffing, talent acquisition, or experiential marketing.
* Strong understanding of Brand Ambassador roles, expectations, and culture.
* Familiarity with staffing platforms and CRM tools.
* Exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
* Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during event periods.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with national or multi-market event brand ambassador staffing.
