Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative Support: You will own day-to-day operations administration, including invoicing, weekly accruals/payroll inputs, and on-time customer billing.
* Delivery Management: Process PODs daily and resolve delivery queries from customers, carriers, and partners with a service mindset.
* Fleet Coordination: Coordinate fleet scheduling and book scheduled maintenance for vehicles, plant, and equipment.
* Safety and Compliance: Maintain the site training matrix in the Learning Portal; escalate non-compliance as needed. Also, support safety by following policies and procedures and actively raising observations.
* Team Support: Act as 2IC for the Operations Supervisor during leave/absence.
