As they expand with new brands and platforms, we are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and creative content leader to take them into their next phase of growth.Note : This section contains the role description and does not alter the responsibilities or requirements below.What You'll DoContent Leadership & Strategy Own and scale the entire content ecosystem across IG, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Podcasts.Define KPIs across engagement, conversion, reach, and ROI.Translate business goals into actionable content strategies that drive growth and revenue.Team Building & Management Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing in-house content team (videographers, editors, copywriters, social managers).
Oversee efficient filming schedules with Mark & Lauren (2.5 days/week).
Create a culture of innovation, accountability, and elite execution.Content Production & Performance Deliver 120+ high-performing content pieces/month across three brands.Craft scroll-stopping hooks, trend-driven edits, and conversion-driven copy.Use data and analytics to refine performance in real time.Brand Growth & Market Leadership Elevate our content to industry-leading quality and creativity.Expand dominance across TikTok, YouTube, and Podcasts.Ensure brand identity consistency across multiple platforms.Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with paid media and email teams to align organic + paid strategies.Feed top organic performers into ad campaigns for scaled growth.Align content with product launches, promotions, and app milestones.What You'll Bring7+ years in content strategy, social media, or digital marketing (fitness, lifestyle, or subscription-based business experience preferred).
Proven success growing multi-million follower brands across multiple platforms.Deep knowledge of algorithms, trends, metrics, and audience psychology.Experience building and managing content production teams at scale.A rare mix of creative vision + analytical rigour .
