The CatholicCare NT organisation provides social services and programmes to individuals, couples, families, children, groups and schools across the Northern Territory.
Our Housing Support Program aims to address the multifaceted challenges participants face in maintaining their home through assertive case management.
Job Responsibilities
This position involves providing intensive case management education and support to participants of the Housing Support program in order to meet programme objectives.
The role focuses on a stepped model of care in core areas supporting participants in Transitional Housing and those in need of Tenancy Support in Public Housing.
