Role Description
This is a full-time position for a Medical Negligence Lawyer with 5-7 years of experience, located on-site at our Wollongong, NSW office. The role involves managing a diverse portfolio of medical negligence cases, preparing legal documentation, providing legal advice to clients, and representing them in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.

Qualifications
* Strong expertise in Medical Negligence Law and Personal Injury Law, with proven experience managing cases independently
* Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Exceptional drafting, litigation, and negotiation skills
* Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and empathetically to clients
* Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple cases efficiently
* Experience working collaboratively within a legal team as well as independently
* Proficiency with legal case management software and tools
* Prior experience in medical negligence litigation or healthcare law is preferred
* A strong commitment to client care and achieving positive outcomes
