We are seeking a Technical Analyst to support the rollout of Microsoft Power Automate and the broader Power Platform across our business.

This is a hands‐on opportunity to work closely with our Chief Information Officer, Operations Manager, Internal Developers, Offshore Tech Hub, Managing Director, and Sales & Marketing Manager to identify automation opportunities, scope technical solutions, and help implement practical business improvements. We are flexible with days and hours of work for the right person.

We are an established fintech business with 25 years in operation, based in a modern Southport office on the Gold Coast. Our team of more than 30 people works across operations, technology, sales, marketing, and leadership to deliver strong outcomes for our clients and continue improving the way we work.

As a growing and forward‐thinking business, we are investing in automation and process improvement through the Microsoft Power Platform. This role offers the chance to contribute to real projects in a well‐established company environment, while gaining exposure to both senior leaders and day‐to‐day operational teams.

About the role

As our Technical Analyst, you will assist with the planning and rollout of automation initiatives across the business. You will work with operational stakeholders to understand current processes, identify improvement opportunities, document requirements, help scope technical plans, and support the implementation of automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools.

You will gain exposure to both the business and technical sides of delivery, working across teams and helping turn operational needs into practical automated solutions.

Key responsibilities

* Work with operations and business stakeholders to understand existing processes and inefficiencies
* Assist in identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement
* Help document business requirements, workflows, and technical plans
* Support the rollout of Power Automate and the broader Power Platform
* Assist in implementing workflow and automation changes across the business
* Liaise with the CIO, Operations Manager, developers, offshore tech team, and senior leadership on project requirements and progress
* Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of automation solutions
* Help ensure solutions are practical, well‐documented, and aligned with business needs

What we're looking for

* Completed a degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills
* Interest in automation, systems improvement, and technology‐enabled business change
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work with both technical and non‐technical stakeholders
* Strong attention to detail and a practical approach to solving problems
* Organised, proactive, and willing to learn
* Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, or Excel‐based process improvement
* Understanding of business process mapping or requirements gathering
* Experience with testing, documentation, or workflow design
