We are seeking a seasoned Senior Construction Project Manager to lead our Small Works Division. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional looking to take on a challenging leadership role.
About the Role
The successful candidate will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, each with budgets ranging from $300k to $5m. They will work closely with Site Managers, Project Managers, and Contract Administrators to ensure seamless execution, problem-solving, and maintenance of quality, safety, and client satisfaction across all projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of multiple commercial projects concurrently
* Mentor and support site teams to achieve project goals
* Closely coordinate trades, suppliers, and site operations
* Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality standards
* Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning and continuous improvement
* Foster strong relationships with clients and subcontractors
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor in commercial construction
* Confidence managing multiple small-to-mid-scale projects
* Strong understanding of construction programs, sequencing, and site coordination
* Leadership qualities with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
