About this role
This is a senior physiotherapist position that will deliver tailored in-home and community-based care to support older adults and people with disabilities to live independently.
Main responsibilities
* Deliver best-practice Physiotherapy services including assessments, care planning, mobility support, and equipment prescription.
* Lead and supervise physiotherapists, Allied Health Assistants, and students to ensure best practice and service excellence.
* Manage referrals, caseloads, and group programmes across aged care and disability services.
* Promote physiotherapy services internally and externally to help grow and improve care offerings.
* Support client outcomes through collaboration, education, and continuous service improvement.
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation using Carelink+ and other systems in line with compliance standards.
Key qualifications and skills
* AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist with a tertiary qualification.
* Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, ideally in aged or community care.
* Strong assessment, communication, and report-writing skills.
* Proven ability to lead, supervise, and support a multidisciplinary team.
* Knowledge of aged care funding streams is desirable.
* Ability to work autonomously and manage caseloads effectively.
* Current driver's licence and valid police check.
