This position involves guiding individuals through their return to work journey post workplace injury. You'll be responsible for delivering personalized services to those who have experienced a workplace injury, promoting participation in the return to work process, and encouraging ownership of actions.
You'll facilitate and attend regular visits with injured workers, employers, healthcare professionals, and allied health professionals. Your tasks will also include educating stakeholders about the return to work process and informing injured workers of benefits available to assist in achieving agreed return to work goals.
